Delivery service

Delivery is made by an independent carrier.

Products are delivered by the carrier to the address given by the Customer at the time of ordering, and to which the carrier has easy access.

Delivery in metropolitan France

Delivery in metropolitan France takes 3 to 7 working days.

Delivery can also be made to a relay point, depending on your geographical area.

Delivery in Europe and other countries

A delivery service is also available for the following countries:

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Spain, Estonia, United States, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland
Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.

Shipping costs will be calculated automatically according to the weight of the parcel and the destination.
Delivery time may vary from 3 to 7 days for European countries and from 7 to 13 days for the United States and Canada.

Delivery times

The delivery times indicated are indicative, corresponding to average processing and delivery times. The Vendor cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery for which it is not responsible. In the event of damaged packages (already opened, missing product(s), etc.), the Customer undertakes to notify the carrier and the Vendor, by any means, of any reservations within 3 days of receipt of the Product.

Except in special cases or when one or more Products are unavailable, all Products ordered will be delivered at once.

Return & Refund

Return

The Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days to return the Products to the Vendor in perfect condition, in their original undamaged packaging and in a secure cardboard box matching the one used for shipment. The fourteen-day period begins from the date of receipt of the Products. At the end of the fourteen-day period, the Products are deemed to have been accepted and to conform to the order. Returns are at the Customer’s expense. Returns must be made to the following address:

For all return requests, the Customer is invited to first contact the Seller by e-mail at: contact@popterror.com

Refund

Products will be reimbursed by the Vendor within a maximum of fourteen (14) days of receipt of said Products, free of charge, with the exception of return shipping costs.
