What we manufacture

• Custom vinyl figures (rotocast vinyl): hollow, light pieces with an art toy feel, from 300 pieces.
• Custom PVC figures (injected PVC): very precise, for large runs, from 1,000 pieces.
• Custom blind boxes: a series of figures in mystery boxes, with a secret figure and display, from 2,000 pieces.
• Limited collector editions for brands.
• Brand mascots, from the first sketch to the figure.
• Custom statues and giant sculptures, notably in fibreglass, for indoor or outdoor use.

What we don’t make: plush toys and keychains. We stick to what we master: figures and art toys.

Toy factory or toy studio: how we work

We are not a factory. Like many toy brands, we design in-house and manufacture with a partner factory in China (Shenzhen region), which we follow closely and visit. What it changes for you: one point of contact in France, for whom design (drawing and 3D are our craft) matters as much as manufacturing.

From brief to delivery

1. Brief and quote: quantity, size, budget, date, use (toy or collectible).
2. Character design or adaptation (for a mascot: 4 to 6 weeks).
3. 3D modelling for production: part splitting, wall thickness, undercuts (2 weeks).
4. Prototype 3D-printed in resin (3 days of printing, plus time for corrections), then colour references.
5. Moulds (1 month), pre-production sample (2 weeks), production run (1 month).
6. Quality control and packaging (2 weeks, safety tests included).
7. Shipping and customs: 6 to 8 weeks by sea, 10 to 15 days by air.

In total: 6 to 8 months from brief to delivery, 7 to 9 months if the character must be created or for a blind box.

Safety standards

If your figure may end up in children’s hands, it must meet toy safety standards: EN 71 and CE marking in Europe, ASTM F963 in the United States. Safety tests are part of our quality control, and you receive the test reports and certificates suited to how the figure will be used. See our guide to EN 71 and ASTM F963.

Our own brand as proof

Before producing for others, we did it for ourselves. With our character EQSO: vinyl series, the EQSO The Crew blind box, a successful 2024 Kickstarter (€6,118 raised from 46 backers), and sales at the Straat Museum Shop (Amsterdam), HypaHypa and Art By Uzume.
